RB Retail & Service Solutions Updates RB Pool & Spa Database Program

RB Retail & Service Solutions, makers of the RB Pool & Spa full integration database program for managing businesses in the industry, has updated the program with new features. New sorting and filtering functions make it easier than ever to locate customer information, and customer information can now be exported to Microsoft Excel. RB Mobile Live is a recent addition to the sales portion of the SQL Program. Sales floor and service staff can use a tablet to look up customer profiles, inventory, complete transactions and email receipts right from the showroom floor or service route. Additionally, overall speed and performance of the program have been vastly enhanced with new screen functions, view controls, buttons and visual changes to improve speed and functionality of task completion.
