Obituary: Scott Bittner

Scott Christian Bittner died at his home in Crosslake, Minnesota, on June 22, 2024, surrounded by his family. Bittner was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Dec. 25, 1954, to John and Dorothy Bittner.

After college, Bittner pursued a career in sales. He was the spa division sales manager at King Technology for more than 15 years and then served as the VP of sales at Pleatco for 12 years. A respected figure in the industry, Bittner will be remembered for his faith, character, integrity, wit and love of family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Laura; children, Kathleen and John; grandchildren, Charlie and Miles; mother, Dorothy; and brother, Bruce.
